The brothers Christian and Oliver Zeter bottled their first vintage just 15 years ago and have already earned themselves a place in the wine world. For this wonderful wine, they used seven different Sauvignon Blanc clones harvested from a total of eight different vineyard sites in southern Palatinate and Mittelhardt.  The distinct advantage is the different microclimates of the various sites diversifies the flavors. The result is an aromatic and more present wine with structure and length. The bouquet displays fresh herbs, apricot and ripe lychee notes. Try this elegant wine with Quiche Lorraine, fish and seafood dishes.

Fun fact: The bear on the label, which has become a symbol of Zeter’s wine is from an old drawing made by the Palatinate impressionist artist Otto Dill. Over a glass of wine, he drew a caricature of Zeter's great-grandfather, Walter Bär, as a gruff drinking bear.
