Accordini "Timeless" Rosso del Veneto BASF Exclusive 2019

The winery Accordini is located in the heart of the Valpolicella region in Fumane and is well known for their excellent red wines. First, they have been a tenant, then they became the owner and finally, Stefano and Giuseppina Accordini, as well as their sons Tiziano and Daniele, are the wine producers. The winery stretches over 4 ha in the district of Negrar as well as another 6 ha in the hilly region of Fumane. Accordini is making all necessary adjustments to gain the best results – this is how characteristic wines are created. The structure of this Rosso del Veneto is caused by the Ripasso-method: Here, the grape skins of the Amarone production are added to the already fermented wine. This causes a second fermentation and therefore a dark color, more aroma and a fuller body.
