2019 Salomon and Andrews Sauvignon Blanc

For the last 225 years, the Austrian winery Salomon Undhof has produced white wines from the best terraced sites along the Donau with fine minerality. The winery specializes in crystal clear wines and their wines are found in some of the best restaurants around the world. It was not a big surprise to us when the Wine & Spirits Magazine selected the Salomon Undhof winery as one of the 100 best wineries in the world.

With their New Zealand winemaker Chris Andrews Salomon Undhof started the project Salomon and Andrew in Marlborough New Zealand. Here they produce some of the finest wines from the region. This Sauvignon Blanc has a crisp acidity that is perfectly balanced with hints of melon and lime aromas. It is a clean, intense and expressive wine.
