A sparkling Sauvignon Blanc with lively perlage, and the aromas of star fruit, peach, lime, white currant, kumquat and toast bubble up in the glass. This is a special wine, intense without being eccentric, and it is extremely encouraging to drink.

An aromatically complex sparkling wine with an incredibly fine perlage and deep body. Salmon-colored in the glass and playful in the nose with nuances of red wild berries, cherry blossoms, citrus, and rhubarb. Palate is dry with red berry fruit. 93Pts
